Rutland "SILEXTREME silicone stand alone inks

Great for polyesters, cotton and silicone products as it has a low fusion(cure) temperature of 133 degrees celsius and can be printed through mesh counts from 43t to 90t using the print/flash/print method.

A cataylst(SX-0515) is added at 5% with a 24 hour pot life once mixed 

• Flexible ink film, it won't harden the fabric, high performance.
• Very good supple print with ability to stretch and regain its original shape.
• No PVC, no lead, no phthalates, no formaldehyde, no APEO's
• Passes major brand durability testing including 5 x 60 wash test.
• can be ironed without re-melting the ink film un like other inks
• matte finish with a nice soft feel and drape

Note: SXT inks normally require more flash time than plastisol inks. Do not apply to substrates that are dyed with sulfur dyes. Sulfur dyes cause a loss of adhesion. We recommend making the print screen with a double layer of emulsion to provide more ink film on the fabric with the initial print. Difficult fabrics like 100% Polyester, sublimated (camouflage) polyesters,etc. may require the use of SXT BLACK BARRIER as a first down base in extreme cases
