Print either a waterbased flock/foil adhesive ink or a Plastisol ink like Spandesol clear, down onto your garment or fabric and only dry the product at roughly only to 80°C or 100°C, it only needs to be dryed only, not cured...(you do not want to cure the ink at this stage)

Lay foil over your adhesive/ink with the coloured side up and then heatpress at 165°-175° C, for 10-15 seconds... (ink cure happens here)

Let cool and peel
